Concussion Prevention and Management
The Tecumseh Baseball Club (TBC) program will recognize along with the Ontario Baseball Association (OBA) The National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) as their standard for Baseball batter’s helmets and catcher’s helmets with attached face protectors as well as their referenced guidelines for understanding and assessing brain injuries and concussions.
June 2019 - Baseball Ontario has updated it's Concussion Management Protocol.
Under Rowan's Law, all Baseball Ontario participants must familiarize themselves with the Concussion Awareness Resources
offered by the Province of Ontario.

Harassment:
The Tecumseh Baseball Club has adopted and will recognize Baseball Ontario’s Position on Harassment and Abuse.

Volunteer and Staff Screening
The Tecumseh Baseball Club, yearly elects their volunteer based executive and board members. The president along with the executive on a yearly basis conducts a coaches meeting and interviews those applicants interested in coaching and assisstant coaching a club team.
Complaints Procedures
Complaints to and about any TBC Member and or its property are to be filed with the President of the Tecumseh Baseball Club directly. A form is available to be filled out (Link to form coming soon!...)
TBC Code of Conduct and Ethical Responsibilities:
- To promote and develop recreational baseball programs and sportsmanship for the youth and adults of the Windsor Essex County area.
- To build knowledge and skill of the players in the game of baseball.
- To develop a positive attitude towards sportsmanship in regards to both winning and losing.
- To develop the habits and attitude in youth that is associated with responsible behavior through counsel and example
