A brand new stadium with awesome new facilities welcomes us to a new season!
We'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you and sad goodbye to Assistant Coach Dennis Ouelette, who's input and experience will be missed by everyone. Congratulations on your retirement and enjoy your spare time!

2023
Another beautiful baseball season is upon us! Thunder Sr. AA would like to welcome Matt Spargalo, Mac Johnson, and Cody Palomba to the team!
We have a full 22 game season ahead of us, plus the return of the Port Lambton Tournament (taking place the weekend of June 16, 17, 18).
CHAMPIONS!
The Thunder Sr. A team capped off an amazing 25-5 season, which saw them capture the Essex County Senior League Championship and ECSL Playoff Championship, with a stunning come back win over Wyomming in the bottom of the 7th inning to win the 2022 Rep Sr. A Provincial Championship!
The Thunder will now have to compete at the AA level for 2023, which will pit them against their toughest out of town competition yet. The championship tournament is tentatively scheduled to take place in Vaughn on Labour Day Weekend.

THUNDER WIN ECSL PLAYOFFS CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!
The Tecumseh Thunder have won the Essex County League Playoffs for the 2nd time in 3 years. After entering the playoffs on a 1-5-1 record, the Thunder turned up their game and went on to sweep the Essex Yellowjackets in the 4/5 game, and continued their dominance in sweeping the League Champion Woodslee Orioles in the semi-finals before walking right through the Harrow Blues in the Championship series capped off by a convincing mercy-rule victory to secure not only the championship but also their 3rd straight playoff series sweep.
ECSL PLAYOFFS - FINALS:

Thunder win ECSL Championship. The Thunder secured their 2nd playoff title in 3 years by easily taking care of the Harrow Blue's in a 2-game sweep.

ECSL Playoffs - Semi-Finals:
Bye Bye Birdie!!! Thunder sweep Woodslee Orioles to advance to the ECSL Finals. The Thunder move on to the ECSL Finals where they will play the Harrow Blues.

ECSL Playoffs - QuarterFinals:
The Thunder capped off a series sweep of the Yellowjackets with a 7-6 victory in Essex on Friday night. With the win, the Thunder will move onto the semi-finals and will take on either the Woodslee Orioles, or the Amherstburg Cardinals.

The Senior A OBA Championships are being jointly held by Courtright and Cournna during Labour Day Weekend. There are 8 teams in this years tournament, with the Tecumseh Thunder opening up against the Ivy Rangers.

OAKRIDGE WINS SENIOR A CHAMPIONSHIP
OBA Recap:
Game 1 vs Ivy Rangers: THUNDER walk away with a 8-2 win on the back of JP Karam who went 2-2 with a double and grand slam. Craig Towe with the win.
Game 2 vs Courtright Cardinals: Thunder win a tight game 5-2 behind a masterful pitcher performance by Geoff Rankin. Cale Zanutinni had a double and triple.
Game 3 vs Oakridge Reds: Thunder lost a tough game, 8-3, in which the score did not relax the tightness of the game. Chris Morand suffered the tough loss.
Game 4 vs Merritton Alliance: Thunder lose 9-4 and their OBA season has come to an end.
